How to stretch a one-size-fits-all (OSFA) beret?
Using your hands, firmly grasp the beret and gently pull it between your hands, rotating the beret. If that's not enough, repeat the process until you achieve the desired size. Please note, it is not possible to shrink a beret that has been stretched too much.
